Male and Female Personal Trainers in a state-of-the-art gym to assist your fitness journey

For all ages and abilities including Parent & Baby Swim Lessons from 0+ years

Swimming

Segregated swim sessions for all ages and abilities, taught by fully qualified swim instructors and lifeguards. Lessons for all and female aqua aerobics with no music and an experienced aerobics instructor.

Pilates

Female Pilates sessions in a comfortable and segregated environment. A low-impact exercise that emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

Group Fitness

Female Group Fitness classes for a full-body workout with no music. Combines cardio with resistance work to strengthen, shape and tone up with a focus on building power, coordination and speed.

Gym

Segregated gym sessions for men and women in a private fitness studio. Hygienic and clean, free weight area, machines, and qualified male and female personal trainers to oversee sessions.

Our services are tailored to meet the needs of our diverse community. We recognise the demand for an active and resourceful community-focused organisation operating with a Muslim ethos. All our activities aim to promote health, wellbeing and social cohesion in a comfortable and inclusive environment. We run activities at our base - The Shade Centre in East London, as well as having access to private and council premises across East London to facilitate our activities.
