    We are currently offering the following sessions:
    • Parent & Baby Swimming Lessons (0-4 years)
    • Female Only Adult (16+) & Child (Girls 5-15years) Swimming Lessons
    • Male Only Adult (16+) & Child (Boys 5-15years) Swimming Lessons
    • Children’s Swimming Lessons (All levels and abilities)
    • Adult Swimming Lessons (All levels and abilities)
    • General Swim (All ages and abilities)
    • Ladies Only Aqua Aerobics (16+ years, non-swimmer friendly)
    • Ladies Only Pilates (16+ years)
    • Ladies Only Group Fitness Class (16+ years)
    • Female Only Gym Sessions (14+ years)
    • Male Only Gym Sessions (14+ years)
    We also offer packages, e.g. any fitness session followed by a swim session, or an adult fitness session paired with a child swim lesson etc – please see product listings on the booking page for prices and timings.

      • Mum & Baby Swim Lessons (0-4 years)
      • Female General Swim (all ages and boys 0-4 years)
      • Female Aqua Aerobics (16+ years) – suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers
    🚹 Session 2 (11:50am – 12:50pm):
      • Boys (3-15 years) Swim Lessons
      • Male General Swim (all ages and girls 0-4 years) – Pool Depth 0.9 metres
    🚹 Session 3 (7:45 – 8:45pm):
      • Male Gym (14+ years)
    🚹 Session 4 (8:45 – 9:45pm):
      • Male General Swim (16+)

    Wednesday

    🚺 Session 1 (7:45pm – 8:45pm):
      • Female Gym (14+ years)
    🚺 Session 2 (8:45pm – 9:45pm):
      • Female Swim Lessons (12+ years)

    🚺 Session 3 (4:30 – 5:45pm):
      • Female Swim Lessons (12+ years)
      • Female Aqua Aerobics (16+ years) – suitable for both swimmers and non-swimmers
      • Female General Swim (all ages and boys 0-4 years)

    Sunday

    🚹 Session 1 (5:15pm – 6:30pm):
      • Boys (5-13 years) Swim Lessons
      • Male General Swim (all ages and girls 0-4 years)
    •                    (5:25pm – 6:40pm):
      • Male Gym (14+ years)
    🚹 Session 2 (6:30pm – 7:45pm):
      • Male Swim Lessons (14+ years)
      • Male General Swim (all ages and girls 0-4 years)
    Term Dates

    This term is a 6 week block starting week commencing Monday 23rd May.

    There will be a one week break for May half-term across all sessions, commencing Monday 30th May.

    The weekday sessions will run for five consecutive weeks, ending in the week commencing Monday 4th July.

    The weekend sessions will run for four consecutive weeks, then take another break in the week commencing Monday 4th July for Eid-ul-Adha. The last week of weekend sessions will thus be the following week, commencing Monday 11th July.
