Who are we?
The Shade Wellbeing is a branch under our parent organisation SHADE. SHADE is a registered UK charity (No. 1149699) which provides social, recreational and educational activities for the Muslim and wider community.
Our services are tailored to meet the needs of our diverse community. We recognise the demand for an active and resourceful community-focused organisation operating with a Muslim ethos. All our activities aim to promote health, wellbeing and social cohesion in a comfortable and inclusive environment. We run activities at our base – The Shade Centre in East London, as well as having access to private and council premises across East London to facilitate our activities.
